WHAT IS A MEDIUM?

Pop culture has normalised the concept of mediums, though there are still many misconceptions about what we can do and how. A medium is someone who communicates directly with Spirit - the dead, spirit guides and angels.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH THE OTHER SIDE?

This differs between practitioners - some see movies play out in their minds, others might hear disembodied voices, or be given tastes or smells, others again see spirits just as they see you or I! For me, I experience a combination of all of these and it depends on the spirit I am working with and how they are comfortable communicating!

OKAY, BUT THAT DOESN’T REALLY EXPLAIN HOW?

It’s about lifting the veil between two realms - our physical realm and the spirit world. For me, it’s important I establish a strong grounding in the physical world so that I can safely tune in to the spirit realm.

DOES THIS MEAN SPIRIT IS TALKING TO YOU ALL THE TIME?

This is my favourite question and the answer is actually no! They could, but communicating with spirit is tiring. The spirit realm never sleeps, and I am here in the physical realm, so I have established very clear boundaries about when spirit can talk to me! Outside of these business hours, I’m only hearing from my own guides and angels!
