Terms and Conditions.

By engaging our Services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Definitions

The “The Practice”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Jade Carter.

“Practitioner” refers to the person performing services provided by Jade Carter.

“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person engaging our services and accepting these terms and condition.

“Services” or “Sessions” include, but are not limited to; Readings; Workshops and Seminars.

Fees

For Readings, the client agrees to pay in full on booking.

For all Coaching Sessions and Seminars, the Client agrees to pay in full on booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. As such, please refer to our Cancellation and Refunds Policy for information on Cancellations, Refunds, Late Arrivals, and Rescheduling.

Termination and Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate any session on the basis of personal safety. Any Client may be refused, without bias, if we feel there is a danger to our Practitioners.

No act of abuse, physical or verbal, will be accepted and we have the right to terminate any session at any time without refund if a Practitioner feels threatened in any way.

Sessions will be terminated if the Client appears to be intoxicated with drugs and/or alcohol. Clients will not be seen if they have been taking drugs.

We also reserve the right to terminate any session due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always try to ensure this is kept to an absolute minimum and you will be notified as soon as possible.

Disclaimer

Readings provided by Jade Carter are for the purpose of support and guidance only. Nothing is 100% set in stone. While Jade takes her work very seriously, the information provided is her personal opinion and she does not accept responsibility for what you choose to do with the information, including any actions you take. The choices you make and the actions you take are solely your responsibility. All readings and questions answered are not a substitute for professional services and should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. For any such matter you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.

You must be 18 years and over to organise a reading or energy session. If not, you must book with a parent or legal guardian and have them present during the session.

Jade's policy for readings is one in 12 months. If you have already had a reading recently, please wait at least 12 months before booking another session.

Any and all correspondence between yourself and Jade Carter and its employees is intended for you only. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply. You agree that you will not share, publish, display nor distribute it in any way. You agree to completely hold blameless and absolutely indemnify Jade Carter and its employees from any and all liabilities and expenses.

Liability

The Client acknowledges and agrees that they participate in the Sessions at their own risk. The Practitioner is not liable for any claims which may result directly or indirectly from participation, or in connection with, the Session. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, property loss or damage, accidents or health related problems.

The Client takes full responsibility for communicating any levels of discomfort during a session, and indemnifies Practitioner against all adverse reaction sustained as a result of the session.

Jade Carter does not accept any liability for any decisions you make based on any; information given or messages received during, or responses to; any session.

Privacy Policy

On booking and during your sessions, we will collect some personal and possibly sensitive information about you. Your privacy is important to us, and as such, any information you provide is kept confidential and secure.

Cancellations

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. As such, if you need to cancel your session, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please be aware that a scheduled session is time reserved for you. If you cancel at the last minute, or do not show, the reserved space cannot be rescheduled and fees apply.

Refunds

Due to high demand and wait times, your pre payment is required to hold the date and time of your appointment, and should you change your mind, unfortunately there are no refunds. You will however be able to change the time or date of your booking.

Should you need to change your appointment day/time, please see contact Jade Carter via email to arrange. Refunds are only given as per the following:

Fees for Readings are only refundable if at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the session, the Client forfeits the full session fees.

Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule your session, please ensure the same notice of at least 48 hours is given. The rescheduled session time must be within 12 months of the original booking and sessions can only be rescheduled once.

Late Arrivals

In the case of late arrivals, we have the right to cancel any session if the Client arrives 15 minutes late or more. The Client will not be rescheduled and the Fees paid will not be refunded.
