It’s very very common to be overwhelmed with information in a reading. Not only does Spirit come through with a long list of things they want to convey, steps they need you to take and all the rest of it, but there is sometimes the added emotional overwhelm of hearing from a much missed loved one.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To add another layer, sometimes Spirit plants seeds that may not mean anything at the time, but given a day or two those seeds begin to sprout and new information comes to light.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Contact and messages from Spirit are often at a vibration that requires a lot of processing for our human bodies!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
